With two singles in the Billboard Hot 100’s top 10 concurrently (‘Call Me By Your Name’ and ‘Industry Baby’), it’s pretty evident that music lovers are more than ready to get their hands on ‘Montero’ – the official debut album of Lil Nas X.
Yet, after promises of the highly anticipated set dropping this summer, it’s finally been unveiled when the project will hit shelves.
Details inside:
‘Montero’
Release Date: September 17, 2021
According to Apple Music (and confirmed by the trailer seen above), ‘Montero’ – already available for pre-save – will be made widely available on September 17. A 15-song project, the effort will include ‘Industry Baby,’ ‘Call Me By Your Name,’ ‘Sun Goes Down,’ and a number of other tunes teased on social media over the last year.
As if the news isn’t enough to get fans amped, the GRAMMY winner has teamed with Harpers Bazaar to celebrate the unveiling of the September-due album by guesting as the music director for their September issue.
