As reported, the media maestro took to his daytime talk show this week to confirm that he is expecting another child (his eighth) – this time with model Bre Tiesi.
During that announcement, Cannon spoke about the death of his five-month-old son Zen in December. The youngster had been battling a cancerous brain tumor.
The sewing together of both narratives as part of the announcement seemingly did not sit well with Zen’s mom, Alyssa Scott, who took to social media to say:
“It is painful having my son be a part of conversations that aren’t in alignment with his light and legacy. It isn’t something I chose for him or myself.
It’s important for me to let you all know.. I am centered, I am at peace. I look at everyone’s predicament with loving eyes. I will not judge. I will consciously decide what I will participate in. I am surrounded by love. God, my mom, dad, sister, brother, and daughter continue to carry me.”
Today, on ‘The Nick Cannon Show,‘ the 41-year-old star apologized saying:
“I misspoke and probably went too much into detail on Monday expressing my feelings. It felt like I was probably making some comparatives or probably discussing when talking about the passing of my son Zen, and then also talk about the new child that I’m expecting and I didn’t have to do that. I didn’t need to do that because those are two completely separate moments in my life and in life.”
He continued:
“This was always in the back of my mind, like, ‘What is the right time? How do I share this?’ I wanted to definitely respect the grieving process with [Zen’s mom, Alyssa Scott], and Bre was respectful enough—she held off making our announcements and speaking on social media.
Grieving is a process and I’m still grieving each and every single day and myself and Alyssa, our family, we still deal with that. We lost a child and it was a sincere and still is a sincere and real situation. And I love her. I love my son Zen and I always will. And I’m going to love my new child and I’m going to love every child.”

He’s disgusting. I’m not medical professional, but in my opinion, all of this procreating in a short amount of time isn’t the behavior of someone mentally well. Allegedly and in my opinion only. I used to want him and Mariah to get back together, but not anymore. WTF Nick

Nick need to see a therapist.
If he wanted to respect her, he wouldn’t have had another baby so soon, when he knew Zen was ill, in the first place. But his selfish desire to dehumanize these women as baby incubators was more important. His “grieving” by making another child is atrocious. He’s breeding babies like they’re dogs, and taking pictures with them in matching outfits once every two weeks does not make you a present or good father.

If a non-celebrity was doing this he would be thrown to the fire.
This is just a glimpse into the problems that this is creating. All these different households will have drama and create issues for all parties involved but people say its cool due to money.
