Jennifer Lopez continued the aggressive European promo push for her ‘LOVE?’ LP with an appearance on Germany’s Wetten Dass tonight.
There the diva turned in yet another solid performance of her global smash ‘On The Floor’. Check out the 41 year old shame artists half her age after the jump…
Though a great performance, one has to wonder if the timing is a case of ‘too little, too late’. ‘LOVE?’ seems to have peaked at unimpressive numbers in almost every major market. A fact which seems to have resonated with Lopez, who recently revealed that she is unsure if she’ll be returning to American Idol. The show, she explained, makes it hard to plug her musical endeavours at the same time.
Here’s hoping everything aligns for her the way it should, as she remains one of the few still viable divas. What’s more, ‘LOVE?’ is her most solid release in years – and is arguably more deserving of success than some of her more acknowledged releases.

Goodness! She’s still lip-syncing. You hear Pittbull but he’s not even there. You also hear the backup chorus but they aren’t there either, so it’s obvious they are playing pre-recorded tracks, but she has a way of turning the mic off to let her real voice come through to make it seem as if she’s singing live, and then turning it off so she can continue to sing to those pre-recorded vocals. And why is she lip-syncing “ON the Floor” at every performance. If’s she’s promoting her album why isn’t she singing the other songs on the album?
Christina Aguilera’s Bionic album sold more than Jennifer Lopez’s love? Album & Keri Hilson’s No Boys Allowed album with Keri having 4 singles out with her album! Xtina’s 1st single from Bionic Not Myself Tonight charted higher than Beyonce’s 1st single from 4 Run The World Girls with less promo than B! But they still bashed & called Xtina a flop? Her album did not sell last year but she still made bank with a 1 million dollar gig she got paid for, perfume sold well, Burlesque did good and not great but it cost 52 million to make and grossed almost 100 million and the dvd did great too but she was still a “flop”. So does everyone that’s doing below her is a flop in music right now, JLO, B, Keri etc…? Funny how everyone bashed X left right & centre! Talent always wins and she’s on her way back up stronger than ever! Every year she makes bank even without music out! Business women.
Can’t wait for her next album! I hope Beyoncé 4 album sells because its her best album IMO & I would like for these 2 triple threats to work together!

Nice performance but it is too late. She needed to be all over the place like this here in the states when her album came out but she obviously couldn’t do it because of her obligation to American Idol. It would’ve been better if she had released the album at the end of May during the last week of AI. The album would’ve sold much better if she had performed during the finale of AI and did other promotion later that same week in the states.
Why are people even trippin over album sales? lol

J.Lo’s “On The Floor” has been undoubtedly one of the biggest world-wide singles this year, charting top 10 in several countries in North America, Europe, Asia, & Australia.
And “I’m Into You” is makin big moves in the UK.
