Zayn has embarked on his next musical chapter – and it involves the move to one of the world’s biggest record labels.
Full story below…
It’s been announced today (June 27) that the ‘Pillowtalk’ chart-topper has officially signed with Mercury Records at Universal.
Serving as the former One Direction star’s second solo home after an initial stint at Sony’s RCA Records, it looks like he’s wasting no time with the roll-out of new music.
Because a pre-save link for his new single has arrived in tandem with news of the deal.
Mercury Records President Tyler Arnold said of Zayn joining the roster:
“As soon as ZAYN and I met, I knew we had to work together. I was blown away by the new music, but just as impressed by his vision, drive and spirit. We’re honored he and his team have joined us at Mercury Records. We’ve got an incredible opportunity to tell the next chapter of his story together.”
Zayn’s new single drops this summer.
I’m SOOOOOOO HAPPPYYYY for Zayn. His talent should not be ignored, despite his struggles with performing, which I can respect. I’m one of my top favorite artists. Let’s go new music!!
As talented as he is let’s be real..he is not going to promote his music or perform live.
For what reason??? 😂
Chile, aint nobody checkin for Zayn. I wish him well, though, in his pursuits.
Boy bye! He’s too lazy to doing promo, perform and never been on tour. Even Louis is going on tour right now.
