Just months after ‘Little Mermaid‘ star Halle Bailey made a splash when she served up an acoustic rendition of ‘Please,’ Jones took to Tik Tok on Friday (October 11) to take a crack at the Country-inspired cut.
Rendering an a capella performance, the GRAMMY winner took vocal flight as she navigated the song’s challenging chorus.
Leaving her growing fan base salivating for a taste of when she’ll be performing on her own tunes live, the clip dropped just days after Coco announced she teamed with hitmaking rapper Future for the new single ‘Most Beautiful Design‘ (due October 18).

She cannot sing to me
All youre demonstrating is that you judge singing primarily on whether you like someones vocal tone or not. Thats a poor way of judging how good a singer is as tone is just what youre born with and has no bearing on how technically skilled a singer is.
Here Coco was casually singing whilst pampering herself in the mirror ad still did a technically solid job. Well controlled vocal, clearly defined runs and solid breath management. She objectively can sing well. How pleasant you find her vocal tone is subjective and besides the point.
She can’t sing live
She didn’t wow shít. Her voice is hyped and trash.
Her vocals are good but her music sounds dated. I want her to work with better producers and song writers who can bring out an updated sound.
Which artist would you suggest as an updated sound ?
