Is the superstar cast of Tyler Perry‘s hit film franchise ‘Why Did I Get Married?’ set for a reunion nearly 15 years after their last domination of domestic movie theaters?
All signs seem to be pointing to a resounding “yes”!

As cast members Jill Scott, Richard T. Jones, Tasha Smith, and Michael Jai White have set Tik Tok ablaze over the last week with their reenactments and references of unforgettable scenes from 2010’s ‘Why Did I Get Married Too?,’ Tyler put the icing on the cake when he took to social media to suggest he is hard at work on adding another chapter to the film franchise.
Taking to Instagram on Sunday (October 20), Perry shared a cryptic post with his 7.5 million followers of what appears to be a photo of an unfinished script.

And while Perry didn’t tease any pertinent details (release date, new characters, etc.), the uncaptioned post alone was enough to send longtime lovers of the films into a frenzy!
At the height of their popularity, the 2007 and 2010 theatrical releases of the first two installments of ‘Married’ grossed more than $115 million combined.
As of time reported, Pop diva Janet Jackson – star of ‘Why Did I Get Married’ and ‘Why Did I Get Married Too?’ – has not commented on the exciting news.

“SHELIA” (JILL SCOTT’S CHARACTER) SHOULD BE WIDOWED THIS TIME BECAUSE THE DUDE SHE WAS MARRIED TO WAS TOO VIOLENT. I ACTUALLY FEARED FOR “SHELIA”‘S SAFETY A FEW TIMES WITH HIM IN “WDIGM2”.
IT WOULD BE FUNNY IF TASHA SMITH’S & MICHAEL JAI WHITE’S CHARACTERS BECAME LATE-IN-LIFE PARENTS.
