Agree 100% with Snoop Dog. When the time is right , if your talent is warranted, you’ll get the opportunity to perform , not because you’re from that city. Jay z is not the only one to decide who is to perform. Give credit to where it due Jay Z has been a great influence on who’s to perform and has not gotten it wrong yet.
