‘The X-Factor’ 2011 live shows kicked off just hours ago.
{For those unfamiliar with The X Factor, the show is the UK’s version of American Idol – with a twist in that groups and over 28’s are eligible to enter. Now in it’s seventh season, the show is responsible for birthing the careers of Leona Lewis, Alexandra Burke, and JLS. It’s US version launched just weeks ago on FOX}.

I love it when artists know how to sing a song like MLJ and leave it impossible for other artists to cover it and do it justice.
I think this x-factor first live show perfomances has been the weakest in it’s uk history. I have watched all seven seasons. The voices are there but the show was not show stopping.
The only person with trouble tomorrow is Kelly Roland. All the other judges have at list two to three failures. Thats easy to choose from. I can see why they did not want to wate public’s money.
I hope the show changes next week if not they will make it easy for my favourite Janet davlin to win.
I have never seen so many rapping in one show. This has to stop. If this continues the x factor is going to loose it’s audience. The British public is very weired. A lot are already complaining about tulisa not speaking proper English on national tv.
I don’t have a problem with rapping. I have a problem when they can’t do it well or put over I song a like and destroy it, Cher llyod was the one of the worst rappers I have had and now this year they want multiply her by four with that girl group. That does not cut for me. We need better.
Misha nailed her performance! Love it! Even If she wasn’t that comfortable with that “costume”. Wish her the best, she reminds me of a young Chaka Khan.

Kelly got it really hard but 4me Sophie should go only as i think the public wont stick by her for a long period.
Other 3 judges have easier choices to make (Jon Jo, 2 Shoes, James)
