Lionel Richie has been hospitalized in intensive care following his latest concert.
The music legend checked himself into a St. Louis hospital after performing Saturday night (August 29), with the development coming just two months after another onstage health scare sent him to the hospital.

According to TMZ, Richie sought medical attention following his performance at The Muny in Forest Park so doctors could carry out tests.
Sources tell the publication that the 77-year-old is being cautious, with doctors reportedly investigating possible slight dehydration.
He is said to be hoping for discharge on Tuesday (September 1).
Those in attendance at Saturday’s show reportedly noticed the star struggling somewhat toward the end of his set.
During his finale, ‘All Night Long’, Richie asked his team to bring him a chair so he could complete the performance while seated.
The hospitalization comes after the four-time GRAMMY winner suffered a separate health scare onstage in June.
During the opening night of his tour with Earth, Wind & Fire in St. Paul, Richie told the audience he felt “dizzy” and “strange” before cutting the concert short and being transported to hospital by ambulance.
Doctors subsequently advised him to rest, prompting the singer to postpone two shows before returning to the road.
As of writing, Richie’s representatives have yet to issue a statement on his latest hospitalization.
