Check out this acoustic version of Rihanna’s mega-hit ‘Umbrella’. I’m not sure when this was recorded, but it’s only just recently surfaced. I have to say this is the best vocal performance I’ve heard from the Bajan star. Really, her delivery flows very well with the stripped down instrumentation.

I love it! Much better than the original and it proves how beautiful her voice is.
I loved it, but the original sounds a bit more professional in my opinion. This version has some certain “warmness” about it. Her voice makes it sunny 🙂
how is this possible good…? she sounds soo flat and dead! theres not warmness about it, she sounds so gross, i almost fell asleep. without the technology, her voice is so dead.

we say Fabulous to both versions but seriously the acoustic version brings out her vocal a bit more.
