According to several online sources, Kenya Moore’s season 12 return garnered the lowest ratings ever for a season premiere of Real Housewives of Atlanta.
ShowbuzzDaily reports that the popular reality show dropped to 1.90 million viewers, a marketable decrease compared to season’s past.
Last season debuted at 1.93 million. A decline of 30,000 viewers which is nothing in the grand scheme of things.
It means Kenya snd the rest of the cast need to step it up. U cant blame Nene
They need to bring back Phaedra. I don’t give a damn if Kandi leaves because of it because Kandi BARELY has a storyline. They need to get rid of Nene. Her shenanigans last season were DISGUSTING
I totally agree. Firing Phaedra was a terrible production decision. Her time on the show didn’t reach its natural conclusion, and we never got the payoff from that explosive s9 reunion. When Apollo gets out of prison, I suspect the producers will be interested in bringing her back in some capacity.
And yes, Kandi can go. Her story arc has kind of completed itself. Even a season or two off the show would be good.
Ratings will continue to drop, as they have every season Over the past few years. It’s more of the same with these girls. Most of them are old bitter women who can’t stand each other and it shows in the lack of chemistry oh the episodes!!! They need to bow out gracefully or add some fresh, younger girls. I enjoyed the dynamics between Tanya, Eva, Shamari, Yovana and Porsha last season. Get rid of the old hens: Nene, Kandi, Cynthia, Marlo and Kenya. Periodt.
