It looks like Lady Gaga may once again have another hit movie on her hands with the ‘House of Gucci.’

Full story below…

The star-studded Ridley Scott production launched on Thanksgiving Day (November 24) and has been earning immediate praise.

Based on Sara Gay Forden‘s book ‘The House of Gucci: A Sensational Story of Murder, Madness, Glamour, & Greed,’ the glossy flick sees Gaga play Patrizia Reggiani: the ex-wife of Gucci who was convicted of orchestrating his hit after he had an affair.

In the time since its release, the film – which also stars Adam Driver, Salma Hayek, Jared Leto, and Al Pacino – has been magnetizing audiences worldwide. Especially in the United States.

For, ‘House of Gucci’ is tracking towards a #2 start with a 5-day box office gross of $22 million.

Though bested by Disney’s ‘Encanto’ (which is eyeing a $40 million launch), the MGM movie still earns the honor of delivering the best pandemic era opening for an adult drama.

Go Gaga!

Having nabbed an Oscar for her performance in 2018’s ‘A Star Is Born,’ could more awards be in the pipeline for Mother Monster?

GaGa totally deserves and Oscar for this role!!! I’m glad she got an Oscar for her song from “A Star Is Born” but it’s time to give this woman an acting Oscar!!! She DID THAT with this role!!!!

The movie needed an eviction after 30 minutes. It was too long and drawn out. The book was better than the movie.

I saw the movie. I have to agree with another poster that it ran a BIT long BUT it was good. (The s** scene, on the desk was hilarious to me. I laughed out loud.) I did NOT know that Gucci was NO LONGER FAMILY OWNED. Oh well, no Gucci for me knowing that it is all someone else’s vision when there is plenty of family that could provide input.
