In news just in, the murmurs have been confirmed: daytime talk show ‘The Real’ has been canceled.

Deadline reports that after eight seasons the plug has officially been pulled on the Fox series.
Per sources close to developments, the decision isn’t being attributed to the imminent arrival of ‘‘The Jennifer Hudson Show’ – which is also being spearheaded by the network.
Although, with a timeslot yet to be announced for that series (which launches in the Fall), many are anticipating room is being made to accommodate it in ‘The Real’s long-held slot.
Originally anchored by Loni Love, Adrienne Houghton, Jeannie Mai, Tamera Mowry, and Tamar Braxton, ‘The Real’ launched in 2013. Today, the latest incarnation of the show is hosted by Houghton, Mai, and Garcelle Beauvais.
News of its axing comes amidst a major shake-up of the talk show landscape. Indeed, at the end of the current TV season, viewers will be waving goodbye to ‘The Ellen DeGeneres Show,’ ‘The Wendy Williams Show,’ ‘Maury,’ and ‘Nick Cannon.’ Come the Fall, the masses will have a fresh wave of daytime talkers to tune into – including Hudson’s series and Sherri Shepherd’s incoming show.

Tamar is the slitheringest snake of them all. Look how she treated her own sisters , in particular TRACI BRAXTON (RIP). The real won an Emmy without her. Tamar doesn’t even have a participation trophy on her mantelpiece.

Ummm no they went on to do great things without her while she was busy trying to off herself. They had a good run regardless. The show ran its course.
People swore the show would end because of Tamar, but they went 5 more seasons and won an Emmy…. They did fine without her, and probably would’ve done better if they had some smarter co-hosts on the show. I don’t watch anymore because Adrienne and Loni in particular annoy me, but this Tamar thing makes no sense.
And now it’s canceled sis. Hang it up
