André Holland takes centerstage in Apple TV+‘s hotly anticipated new limited series, ‘The Black Cigar.’

Set for a May 17 premiere, the show is based on Joshuah Bearman‘s magazine article of the same name.

It follows the incredible true story of Black Panther founder Huey Newton (Holland).

Raw and rivetting, the series spotlights his escape from the FBI to Cuba – which happened with the assistance of Bert Schneider, the renowned film and TV producer.

Billed as “true…for the most part,’ ‘The Big Cigar’ Holland stars alongside Alessandro Nivola, Tiffany Boone, PJ Byrne, Marc Menchaca, Moses Ingram, Rebecca Dalton, Olli Haaskivi, Jordane Christie, and Glynn Turman.

Don Cheadle has been tapped to direct the first two episodes.

Jennifer Lopez takes returns to screens next month in the new Netflix epic, ‘Atlas.’

The Brad Peyton-directed film sees J.Lo take on the role of the titular character – Atlas Shepherd.

A highly decorated data analyst with a deep distrust of artificial intelligence, she takes on a mission to capture a renegade robot with whom she shares a mysterious past. Yet, when those plans take a sharp left, her sole hope of saving the future of humanity from AI is to somehow… trust it.

Due to premiere May 24 on  Netflix, ‘Atlas’ also stars Simu Liu, Sterling K. Brown, Gregory James Cohan, Abraham Popoola, Lana Parrilla, and Mark Strong.

As an Olympic gold medalist, Sanya Richards-Ross is renowned for racing on tracks worldwide. However, she made quite the pivot when she raced onto reality TV as a full-time cast member of the ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta.’

Zendaya delivers a championship performance in her brand new movie, ‘Challengers.’

Set for release on April 26, the daring drama sees the multihyphenate take the lead as Tashi Duncan – a former tennis phenom turned coach. One who makes apologies for her tactics.

Married to a champion on a concerning losing streak (Mike Faist), the potential to turn the tide arrives in the form of a showdown with his former best friend and Tashi’s former boyfriend Patrick (Josh O’Connor).

With the collective navigating the past, present, and potential redemption in the future, the question central to the film asks: what will it cost to win?
