‘Creed II’ is easily one of the year’s most anticipated movies and its musical component has us even more buzzed.

The boxing flick, which sees Michael B. Jordan return as lead Apollo Creed, will be paired with a total knockout of a soundtrack.

Aiming for a knockout, Mike WiLL Made-It has lined up an all-star cast for ‘Creed II: The Album’ – a collection he’s producing.

With the set seemingly taking a cue from the Kendrick Lamar “curated” ‘Black Panther: The Album,’ it’s fitting that K.Dot is one of the superstar names appearing on the project.

Joining him are the likes of Nicki Minaj, J. Cole, Lil Wayne, Ella, Mai, and many more!

For despite being in the thick of promotion for current album ‘Sweetener,’ the singer hatched ‘Thank U, Next’ – a butter-smooth jam (not featured on the LP). Lyrically it  addresses her relationship with exes such as Mac Miller and Pete Davidson.

An immediate fan magnet, the track exploded on both streaming and retail formats – landing Ari her first ever #1 on the Billboard Hot 100.

Nicki Minaj nabbed another victory last night when her album ‘Queen’ was named Album of the Year at the 44th People’s Choice Awards.

Honoured for its success, the album’s slow but steady gains also saw the multifaceted rapper earn the Best Female Artist gong at the show’s ceremony.

Her acceptance speech brought with it love for her team, admiration for her fans, a nod to her forthcoming tour and a proposal for Michael B. Jordan.
