Rihanna has put rumors of retirement to rest with the arrival of brand new single ‘Work.’

After a string of unsuccessful attempts at securing a hit, the 27-year-old has enlisted ex-lover Drake for the latest taste of eighth album ‘ANTI,’ which arrived as a “surprise” moments ago.

The pair’s previous team up resulted in chart-topper ‘What’s My Name,’ naturally begging the question of whether they can recreate the same magic that made the 2010 track such a smash.

With the latter being exactly what Ms. Fenty’s career has been thirsty for over the last year, is the Drizzy duet enough to mop up the mess?

Wiz Khalifa has found a friend in Adele‘s ‘Hello.’

Impressed by the cut and it’s unstoppable sales run, the rapper has remixed the song as it continues to support its parent album ‘25′ and as he looks forward to the 58th Grammy awards where he can expect to rub shoulders with a number of his peers who have also covered the song.

However, it’s safe to say that very few of theirs sound anything like Khalifa’s.

For, the project – originally due last year – was initially christened ‘So Help Me God’ only to be newly baptized as ‘SWISH.’

Now, just two weeks before its elaborate global roll-out, the set has undergone another name change.

While ‘Aston Martin Music’ maestros Rick Ross and Drake aren’t exactly the best of friends anymore, that hasn’t stopped fans of the duo from fantasizing about what a reunion would sound like.

In fact, after digging verses from the vaults, the new J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League album will help bring that fantasy to life as evidenced by the new “collabo” ‘Empire.’  Comprised of verses lifted from late noughties work of both rappers, the tune comes as one of many gems found on the ‘J.U.S.T.I.C.E.For.All’ album (which also features contributions from R. After a lengthy hiatus from the spotlight, Fergie made a brief return to the charts in Summer 2014 with club jam ‘L.A Love (La La).’

If whetting appetites was the goal, the Black Eyed Peas diva delivered and then some; for, the song hit #27 on the Billboard Hot 100, #3 on the UK charts, and amassed 65 million video views on VEVO. All with respectable, yet minimal push.

The take-away point? Fergie-Ferg still has an audience.

For the last year, the only thing Rihanna fans have had to listen to is…silence.

The model’s eighth album ‘ANTI’ has been marred by such messy roll-out that radio silence is the only thing that’s saved the fiasco from being bigger than it’s been.

Now, four months after unveiling a cover for an album that wasn’t even finished, Ms. Fenty has officially waved the final flag on the embattled LP.

In a mere matter of weeks, Coldplay and Beyonce will blaze the stage at the Super Bowl 50 Half-Time Show.

Fans have largely been left to speculate about what they can expect come February 7th. However, many assume the pair will naturally perform their new duet ‘Hymn For The Weekend,’ which appears on Coldplay’s recently released LP ‘A Head Full of Dreams.’ 

Such a stance was lent added value moments ago, after the Chris Martin fronted band made a special announcement on Facebook.

Toni Braxton earned praise aplenty for her recently aired Lifetime biopic, ‘Unbreak My Heart.’

Final ratings are due imminently, but in the court of public opinion – at least – the seven-time Grammy winner scored a unanimous victory.

By no means resting on the laurels of her name, the sultry songstress hit the promotional trail hard in support of the project – which she executive produced. One of her more notable stops was Shade 45’s Sway In The Morning.

Beyond dishing on the movie, Ms. Braxton also spilled on new music.
