R&B diva Kelly Rowland was snapped posing it up on the set of Trey Songz‘s ‘Heart Attack’ video over the weekend.

It’s currently unknown if the ‘Motivation’ singer actually features in the clip (or was merely visiting).

In any case, it’s great to see Ms. Rowland keeping her face in fray as she records her eagerly awaited 4th studio album.

As one of the founding members of Destiny’s Child, LaTavia Roberson‘s dismissal from the group is just as ‘confused’ today as it was in the heat of the group’s first split.

Whether she was pushed or jumped remains to be seen, however- there is no denying the impact her leaving had on former manager Mathew Knowles‘ public image.

Indeed, despite the success he later went onto have with the group’s remaining members, he became Joe Jackson 2.0 in the eyes of the public-  accused of manipulating those around for him for his own personal gain.

Before her staking her claim as R&B’s leading newbie, Keri Hilson served as the mastermind behind many a Pop classic.

Lending her skills to Britney Spears’ ‘Blackout‘ and many a jam for Ciara, Hilson is also the reason for Beyonce‘s verse in Usher‘s ‘Love In This Club‘ remix and Omarion‘s only solo hit ‘Ice Box‘.

And just as well. Beyonce is prepping a hotly anticipated return to the stage next month, along with a slew of other “exciting projects”. The vacation before the storm, no doubt.
