Last week saw Pop Royal Rihanna and Neo-Soul upstart Rebecca Ferguson take to the X Factor UK stage to perform their respective singles, ‘We Found Love‘ and ‘Nothing’s Real But Love‘ and to say the performances were polar opposites would be an understatement.

For, while one allowed her voice and the music to do the talking the other opted for pre-recorded vocals and aimless choreography.

Now Ferguson has spoken out on what she thinks of her soon to be chart rival and her creative cause.

The X-Factor USA is here!

Fox’s much hyped British import has finally kicked off on American soil and looks set to be the biggest show of its kind.

Featuring judges Simon Cowell, Paula Abdul, LA Reid and Nicole Scherzinger, the show favours American Idol with its nationwide auditions. However, there is a defining twist in that groups and solo acts over 25’s are eligible to enter.

After weeks of auditions and bootcamp we now enter the live shows where the narrowed down top 9 are battling to advance to the next stage of the competition.

Fashionista/femcee Lil’ Kim is back in a big way with ‘I Am Not the One’ – the latest Itune single from the rap Queen Bee.  Formerly Hip Hop’s female frontrunner, the diva now finds herself trying to catch up with the likes of another rapping wigged wonder.  Yet, while busting Paypal charts wide open with her most recent release, such presence has yet to translate into Billboard placements.  But, with new music on the horizon, that maybe set to change.
