Soul-filled songbird Elle Varner is set to release her debut album, ‘Perfectly Imperfect’, next week (August 7th).

The 23 year old has served up a taste of premiere effort with singles ‘Only Wanna Give It To You’ and ‘Refill’, yet does so in  meatier sense with snippets of the LP in its entirety.

As fans know, former Destiny’s Child manager Matthew Knowles whipped all into a frenzy when he unleashed news that “new” music could be expected from the hitmaking trio in coming months.  With implications of a reunion on the horizon, the rumor mill was spun into overdrive when Michelle Williams unveiled her interest in reuniting with bandmates Beyonce & Kelly Rowland.

And, despite the DC3 reunion records being rehash of unreleased tunes, the potential for an accompanying tour heightened hope for a redo of the diva syndicate.

As all three ready solo projects, however,  Rowland isn’t so sure that fans should expect the trio together on stage so soon:

Set to feature on ‘Chapter V’ with previous singles ‘Heart Attack’, ‘Simply Amazing’, and ‘2 Reasons’, the track aims for higher chart ground than the aforementioned by enlisting rapper’s Lil Wayne and Young Jeezy.

To say the last year has been busy for Beyonce would be a huge understatement.

Releasing the Multi-Platinum LP ‘4’ last June, announcing her pregnancy in August and welcoming her daughter Blue Ivy to the world in January, she is also set to start work on the Clint Eastwood directed ‘A Star Is Born’ later on this year.

So in a bid to give fans insight into her new world, Carter is reportedly readying a tell all documentary which she is to both direct and star in.

As of now, reports indicate she is shopping the project to a number of Hollywood studios and if they are to believed, it is likely to be produced by her ‘Parkwood Pictures‘- which she runs with a Mr. Faisel Durrani.
