Reclusive R&B crooner Maxwell was snapped arriving on the red carpet of the 65th annual Tony Awards in New York last night. The ‘Pretty Wings’ singer was accompanied actress Annabella Sciorra. No word on whether she was his date.

In other Maxwell news, fans of the soulful 38 year old haven’t long to wait for the second LP in his ‘BLACKsummers’night’ trilogy. The set is reportedly set for release before the year’s end.

That Grape Juice was in the house at yesterday’s star-studded Capital FM Summertime Ball. Held at London’s famed Wembley Stadium, the Starbucks sponsored event saw performances from the likes of Jennifer Lopez, Ne-Yo, Cee-Lo Green, Nicole Scherzinger, and Jessie J.

The Golden Globe  nominee  is also set to perform at the Glastonbury Festival this month in the UK ahead of June 28th when the LP is released.
