‘Breezy,’ the 10th studio album from Chris Brown, has arrived.

Just two days after getting fans hot with the video to ‘Warm Embrace,’ the R&B bad boy lifts the lid on his first solo studio effort since 2019’s ‘Indigo.’

A 24-track affair, the star-studded LP features the likes of H.E.R., Wizkid, Ella Mai, Tory Lanez, Lil Baby, Lil Durk, Lil Wayne, Bryson Tiller, and many more.

And while anticipation for the project is high among Brown’s diehard supporters (affectionately called #TeamBreezy), the set marks his first to enter battle at the Billboard 200 without a Hot 100 Top 40 single to precede it.

While time will tell the impact that has on the set’s chart trajectory, in the meantime you can listen to ‘Breezy’ via Apple Music and Spotify inside.

This week may have seen Doja Cat‘s ‘Planet Her’ hit single ‘Get Into It (Yuh)’ get into the top 40 for the first time (marking the 12th visit of her career to the chart territory), but she may be well on her way to nabbing her 13th if the ongoing success of ‘Vegas’ is any indication.

The tune, which serves as the lead single from the forthcoming soundtrack of the eponymous Elvis Presley biopic directed by Baz Luhrmann, was released at the top of May and has already clawed its way to a #56 peak on the Hot 100 (as of time reported). Buoyed by a thick interpolation of Presley’s hit ‘Hound Dog’ (which was originally performed by Big Mama Thornton in 1952), ‘Vegas’ was further brought to notoriety with a sizzling music video that was released at the top of June.

Now, after helping push the song to its current Hot 100 height, Doja is hoping to send it even higher by inviting viewers into a behind the scenes look at the Child-directed action of the clip.  See it inside.

Because he watched his ego take quite the beating after a failed attempt at DC’s ‘Beat Ya Feet’ dance, Justin Timberlake is playing off the embarrassing venture by apologizing to onlookers.

As we reported, Timberlake was a special guest at Pharrell‘s ‘Something in the Water’ music festival last weekend and while there he took to the stage to show off some fancy footwork that got social media talking in the worst way.

Fielding criticism from commenters claiming he looked like ‘an out-of-touch dad’ to suggesting his moves looked like the ‘hokey pokey,’ chatter around the now-viral clip of his dancing prompted the GRAMMY winner to take to Instagram Wednesday (June 22) to react to the hoopla.

Vickie Winans may own one of the most revered voices in the history of Gospel music, but she recently came under fire for a performance that didn’t depict that voice in its best light.

The 68-year-old GRAMMY nominee took to the stage to deliver a strained rendition of her timeless classic ‘Safe in His Arms’ that left her everything except safe from commenters who noted everything from the seeming struggle to power through the song’s climax and more.

And though Winans is no stranger to voice issues having undergone surgeries on her vocal cords in the past, some wondered if there was more to be concerned about than that given the bizarre antics during the showing (i.e. putting a towel over her face mid-performance).

Once news of the social media noise made its way to Vickie’s desk she took to Instagram to respond.  Look inside to see how the ‘Shake Yourself Loose’ singer is shaking off the criticism.
