Tamela Mann may easily be the hardest working woman in Gospel.

When not cranking out hits ‘Take Me To the King,’ ‘Change Me,’ ‘I Can Only Imagine,’ ‘Touch From You,’ and more on stages across the country, she’s penning books, collecting GRAMMY, Dove, and Stellar Awards, and tackling film and TV screens aboard Tyler Perry productions like ‘Meet the Browns’ and ‘Assisted Living.’

Pair those happenings with a Weight Watchers campaign and new album ‘Overcomer’ (available now), and – as Mann exclusively told That Grape Juice – you’ve still only touched the tip of the iceberg.

While the demands could be overwhelming for some, the Gospel diva dished on how the challenge of balancing work, spirituality, and her personal life has only fueled her desire to conquer even more uncharted territory.

Hop inside to be reintroduced to the multi-talented overcomer who – at 55-years-young – shows absolutely no sign of slowing.

However, unlike our other segments – Retro Rewind, TGJ Replay, and From The Vault – The Pop Stop is the most in-depth look at Pop songs that may have flown under the radar over the last week that you should know, rather they be from music’s biggest stars or those on the rise.

This week, we want to highlight cuts from Billy Idol, Aries, Maisie Peters, and Luke Hemmings.

Nearly a month after first unleashing the music video to their joint single, ‘You For Me’ (as we reported here), British DJ-producer Sigala and award-winning singer-songwriter Rita Ora are giving fans a peek into the behind the scenes action of the sun-soaked visual.

Directed by Clara Cullen, the Los Angeles-filmed clip sees Rita channel some old-school Hollywood glamour poolside while crooning about the hardship of yearning for a love interest who is unaware of her desire.

‘I shoulda told you that I wanted you for me / You make it really hard to sleep / You keep me up / Baby, you’re my adrenaline,’ she relays in the Charli XCX-penned bop.

For the last 11 years, Iggy Azalea – via a slew of mixtapes, studio albums, and EPs – has turned the music world on its head with her Australian-meets-Southern U.S. dialect, unwavering dedication to the production of quality music videos, and drop of bop-after-bop across Hip Hop and Pop.

And while those efforts were met with varying levels of success, what remained constant was that her devoted fans – affectionately called #Azaleans – seemed to have an insatiable appetite for her content, demanding more after each critically-acclaimed delivery.

Yet, as alluded to by the title of her August 13-released album ‘End of An Era’ (click here to stream), all good things must come to an end.

August 9 brought with it the 15th anniversary of Christina Aguilera‘s third studio album, the critically-acclaimed ‘Back to Basics.’

Lauded as a masterful, modern homage to music’s big band/jazz era of the ’30s, ’40s, and ’50s, the project solidified Xtina’s role as her generation’s top sonic chameleon – daringness rewarded with her highest first-week sales to date.

Now, as fans – affectionately called #Fighters – prepare for the diva’s long-awaited new album, the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) has gone to press to reveal said fans haven’t exactly slowed on spinning her golden jams of yesterday.
