As we reported here, Canadian heartthrobs Shawn Mendes and Justin Bieber sprang a monster surprise on their respective fan bases when they confirmed the rumor the former’s forthcoming album, ‘Wonder’ (available December 4), would feature their long-awaited duet.

The reveal came just days after Mendes first took to Twitter to unveil the LP’s full tracklist (as we reported here), despite keeping mum on the other cameos that made the cut – the most obvious being an expected appearance from his hitmaking girlfriend Camila Cabello.

Three years after bursting on to the scene with her ‘Make It Hot’ EP, Hot Girl coach Megan Thee Stallion delivered the good news her aptly titled debut album would hit shelves November 20.

Housing an all-star list of cameos including Beyonce, Young Thug, City Girls, DaBaby, Big Sean, SZA, and many more (as we reported here), the 17-track affair is being delivered courtesy of 1501 Certified/300 Entertainment.

Kicked off by the top 40 hits ‘Girls in the Hood’ and ‘Don’t Stop,’ the project also features the femcee’s inaugural Billboard Hot 100 chart-topper – ‘Savage.’

Despite news Jeremih was “doing better” after initial reports of his battle with COVID-19 suggested he was gravely ill (click here to read more), those closest to the singer maintain he remains in critical condition.

Most recently, his agent took to ‘Variety’ to give the update (as we reported here).  Around the time that message surfaced, members of the GRAMMY nominee’s family provided a more detailed about of his current status.

Jeremih has been in the thoughts and prayers of both his fans and music peers this week, after it emerged that he’s been battling COVID-19.

As reported, his condition was so dire that he his breathing was facilitated by a ventilator.

In the days that followed the initial news, 50 Cent shared that the singer was “doing better.”

Now, his agent has issued an update.

Katy Perry may have delivered the 2020 anthem we didn’t know we needed courtesy of the revamped edition of her latest release, ‘Resilient.’

With its original incarnation found aboard her latest studio album, ‘Smile’ (click here to stream), November 13 brought with it the remix of ‘Resilient’ rendered by Dutch DJ and record producer Tiësto alongside Spanish Pop star Aitana (as we reported here).

To further drive its uplifting message home, Perry – as part of Coke’s new “Open to Better” campaign – joined forces with director Chloe Wallace to unveil the tune’s official music video

Speaking on the inspiring cut, Perry stated:

“I loved the unity perspective Aitana brought to the song, and how it evolves the message into the importance of being resilient as a group. It’s not always just about personal growth, we need to grow together too!”

Spilling details of the Coke campaign, Katy revealed:

 “To me, this campaign is about growing through challenges. I think the song ‘Resilient’ ties so well into that because being resilient is getting back up after you fall, growing from failure, and getting through that challenge.”

Audiences will get to see ‘Wonder Woman 1984,’ starring Gal Gadot, on Christmas Day after all.

After speculation surrounded the release of the movie, and it already being postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic, Warner Brothers announced that it will debut on HBO Max and in movie theaters on December 25.
