Ahead of the April 29 release of his star-studded new album, ‘Watch the Sun,’ singer-songwriter PJ Morton was the one to watch early Monday morning (April 18) as he woke up America with a stunning rendition of his latest single, ‘My Peace,’ on ‘Good Morning America’ (GMA).

Bringing along the song’s features, JoJo and Mr. Talkbox, along for the ride, the trio delivered a rocking performance onthe  platform just shortly after Morton discussed the inspiration behind it with ‘GMA’ hostess Linsey Davis.

“I think all of us kinda felt that nobody was worth our peace. That’s all we had. We saw everything could be taken away so quickly. So I gotta keep my peace,” PJ said.

After a lengthy spell on the bench, May 16 brings with it the long-awaited return of VH1’s reality series franchise ‘Basketball Wives.’

Assembling veteran cast members Jennifer Williams, Shaunie O’Neal, Malaysia Pargo, and Jackie Christie to lead the team of cast members, viewers of the show will welcome faces like Brooke Bailey, Brittish Williams, Brandi Maxiell, DJ Duffey, and Angel Brinks to the series’ court.

And while longtime series regular Evelyn Lozada won’t be back (after announcing her intent to leave the show back in June), the newest cast seems well positioned to carry the show on in her absence.

Doja Cat has been busy cooking up new music.

Case in point, the acclaimed rapper and singer has just performed new material during her time at Coachella.

The first of the new songs was entitled ‘Vegas’ and is set to appear in Baz Luhrmann’s movie ‘Elvis.’ It interpolates the iconic song ‘Hound Dog,’ which was made famous by Elvis despite being originally performed by Big Mama Thornton.

At the end of her performance, she debuted another new tune as well.

Across her set, Doja Cat brought out several of her friends such as Tyga to perform their hit song ‘Juicy.’ Elsewhere, she brought Rico Nasty on stage to perform ‘Tia Tamera.’
