The Pop chanteuse makes for a striking figure a-front of the April 2020 issue of Vogue Australia.

Lensed by Charlie Denno, the feature comes as the 2x Grammy winner gears up for the release of sophomore album ‘Future Nostalgia.’

It’s the latest in a long line of promotional ventures lined up in support of the LP, which drops on April 3rd.

The hot tamale shoot arrives as Lipa scored a career high on the Billboard Hot 100, after ‘Don’t Start Now’ climbed to #2.

It remains one of the most coveted slots in music history given the clout of the film, but surprisingly the honor of being a James Bond theme song topliner has not historically had the best perks.

Despite courting big names like Madonna, Tina Turner, Adele, Sam Smith, Alicia Keys, and more, of the 14 leading original songs appointed to the movie series over the last 40 years, only six have hit the Billboard Hot 100’s top 40.

The sixth and latest to earn the accomplishment is Billie Eilish‘s ‘No Time To Die’ – the title track for the newest Bond installment’s soundtrack of the same name.  A history-making effort as the 18-year-old is the youngest to ever record a song for the franchise, the Finneas-produced tune – after a warmly received performance at the 2020 Academy Awards (click here to watch) – made an impressive #16 debut on the Hot 100 at the end of February.

Less than a month later, it vanished from the Billboard Hot 100.

Taylor Swift is the name on everyone’s lips thanks to a whopping 300,000+ tweets with the hashtags #KanyeWestIsOverParty, #TaylorToldtheTruth, and #TaylorWasRight swarming Twitter.

As fans of the songstress, affectionately called #Swifties, remember, 2016 brought with it a round of harsh criticism her way after she expressed disappointment in Kanye West referring to her as a “b*tch” in his song, ‘Famous.’

“I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex / I made that b**** famous,” he rapped on ‘The Life of Pablo’ hit.

West and wife Kim Kardashian later hit back with footage that “proved” she not only was aware of the line, but gave consent (click here to read that).  Once their visual reached viral status, Swift was branded a ‘liar’ and ‘snake’ by many in the media – a label she fought against for years following the fallout.

Fast forward to 2020, the full convo has mysteriously surfaced online and it suggests the ‘Look What You Made Me Do’ diva was right all along.

Having already collected critical acclaim from her dedicated fans, affectionately called #Tamartians, Tamar Braxton‘s latest song – ‘Crazy Kind of Love’ – has seen its arrival quickly followed by the premiere of an accompanying music video.

The tune, found aboard the soundtrack for the soon-to-be-released film ‘True To The Game 2’ (in which the singer stars alongside Vivica A. Fox, Andra Fuller, Rotimi, and more), features a prominent sample of late Pop icon Whitney Houston‘s 1985 #1 hit, ‘Saving All My Love For You.’

Tamartians who have been patiently saving room in their playlists for Braxton, despite the Grammy winner announcing her retirement from music in late 2017 (as we reported here), will be most pleased to see the 43-year-old back in action.

Shortly after its premiere, the set zoomed to the top of the site’s American sales charts – a feat duplicated on the country’s iTunes tally. That chart domination isn’t local to the USA, however.

As of time reported, the ‘Heartless’-led LP is trumping the competition of over 60 countries.
