Inside her lengthy social media post, she unpacks how her more empathetic stance came about when she begun practicing meditation – which she stressed has “changed my life in the last few months.”
As for why she started, Cabello – who, last December, was embroiled in a racism scandal – confessed:
“I didn’t share this with you guys at the time because honestly I was just trying to be okay, but I was experiencing severe anxiety.”
