Thanks to a viral Tik Tok challenge, ‘Savage Love’ has become one of the biggest hits of Jason Derulo‘s career.

In addition to being his first Platinum single since 2017’s Nicki Minaj & Ty Dolla $ign-assisted ‘Swalla,’ the Jawsh 685-produced cut is Derulo’s first Hot 100 top 10 hit in 5 years (as we reported here).

Now, in an effort to push the tune to higher Hot 100 heights, the Miami dance machine has enlisted fellow stage blazers BTS to assist with its remix (as we reported here).

Will help from the K-Pop septet (who are currently sitting at #1 on the charts with their tune ‘Dynamite’) be just what’s needed to hoist ‘Savage Love’ to similar heights?

Though hot on the promo trail of her recent EP, ‘Sounds Like Me’ (click here to stream), ‘American Idol’ alum Jordin Sparks is still finding time to guest star on the works of other artists.  Case in point? ‘Solid Gold’ by Keith Harris.

Having lent his craftsmanship to the likes of Madonna, Usher, Mariah Carey, Nicki Minaj, Chris Brown, and many more, the Grammy Award-winning record producer, songwriter and musical director is stepping from behind the board to take center stage with his own creations.

Titled ‘The Keith Harris Experience Volume 1’ (click here to stream), the August 28-released effort sees Harris join forces with Sparks for the electric cut, ‘Solid Gold.’

It’s been over two years since Miami dance machine Jason Derulo first announced his fifth studio album, ‘2Sides’ (originally titled ‘777’).

Introduced by the top 30 hit, 2017’s ‘Swalla’ (featuring Nicki Minaj and Ty Dolla $ign), the project has seen a number of singles lifted in its support over the months to follow (see: ‘If I’m Lucky,’ ‘Tip Toe,’ ‘MamaCita,’ and more) – but no parent album has surfaced.

That may be set to change with the release of new single, ‘Too Hot.’  A summery, island inspired jam that samples Chaka Demus & Pliers’ “Murder She Wrote,” the song sees Derulo croon:

“You came to the club in the taxi, but I’m sure you’d prefer the Rolls,” he sings. “So we could get changed in the backseat, because it’s summertime and you know it’s too hot for clothes.”
