Sonja Norwood, mother and manager of R&B superstar Brandy and television personality-singer Ray J, had a moment of transparency on Tuesday (March 3) when she took to social media to open up about her son’s health.

As concern grows for the troubled ‘Wait a Minute‘ hitmaker following reports he is suicidal after learning of his reported battle with heart failure, Norwood not only solicited prayers for the 45-year-old but also hit back at critics who believe his health scare is nothing more than a publicity stunt.

Michelle Williams is STILL that girl, in case you forgot.

Enjoying the most critically acclaimed run of her Broadway career yet aboard the 10-time TONY-nominated stage adaptation of ‘Death Becomes Her,’ the Destiny’s Child alum recently helped the iconic trio make history when she and the ‘Death’ cast were nominated for Best Musical Theater Album GRAMMY at the 2026 ceremony – a mention that made the ‘Bootylicious‘ hitmakers the FIRST all-female ensemble to be nominated as soloists and a group.

And though Michelle didn’t capture the trophy, history was made nonetheless.

Recently chatting it up aboard Tuesday’s episode of ‘Sherri‘ (March 3), Williams waxed honest about the recognition and suggested it may have even inspired her to book up her long-awaited fifth studio album.

Bad Bunny bounces to yet another win thanks to his triumphant showing at the 2026 Super Bowl.

Terri J. Vaughn, star of ‘Tyler Perry’s Miss Governor,’ has confirmed the Netflix series has been canceled after just one season.

Formerly known as ‘She the People,’ the political comedy – which boasted a cast of familiar faces including TV veteran Jo Marie Payton as well as Jade Novah, Dyon Brooks, Drew Olivia Tillman, Tré Boyd, and more – hit the streamer in May 2025 to mixed reviews.

As fans awaited official news about its return, however, word began spreading it was among the Netflix shows that got the axe in February.

Taking to Instagram this week to confirm the report, Vaughn also reflected fondly on her time aboard ‘Governor.’
