All eyes were on the Queen Bee Lil Kim at tonight’s 2019 BET Hip Hop Awards (October 5).

As previously announced, the network’s annual ode to the year’s best and brightest in Rap music selected the trailblazing femcee to be the recipient of the night’s top honor – the ‘I Am Hip Hop’ award (in recognition of her lifetime achievements).

In addition to blazing the red carpet (as seen in the stunning look above), Kim also hit the stage and helped fill out a performance roster that included the likes of Megan Thee Stallion, Chance The Rapper, Rick RossOffset and Lil JonDaBaby, T-Pain, Rapsody, YBN Cordae Ft. Anderson .Paak., Saweetie, and more.

Hot on the promo trail in support of her role as a judge Netflix‘s new Hip-Hop talent-show ‘Rhythm + Flow,’ the Rap diva sat down with our friends at Access Hollywood to discuss the venture, balancing motherhood with superstardom, and so much more.  However, once the outlet ran the story it appears her statement about being a mom to baby Kulture was taken out of context. Ed Sheeran may not be in a traditional album cycle, but he’s keeping the hits a’coming.

Case in point ‘South Of The Border.’

The Cardi B and Camila Cabello collaboration is the latest track from the Brit superstar’s ‘No. 6 Collaboration Project’ to receive the single treatment.
