Drake has proven himself an unstoppable force on both the Hot 100 and Billboard 200.

At just 32-years-old, the Grammy winner has broken several of the chart’s longstanding records thanks to the high powered streaming of his leading efforts as well as boosting the sales of songs he has been featured on.  Now – as he celebrates the arrival of his latest chart-topping album, ‘Care Package’ (click here to read more) – Drizzy’s been greeted with news that he’s extended his reign as the solo artist with the most appearances on the Hot 100.

With the debut of six tracks from ‘Package’ on this week’s main singles chart, the 6 God has placed a whopping 203 entries on the tally (in just 10 years).  Billboard reports:

“[Drake] makes history by becoming the first soloist, and just the second act overall, with at least 200 visits to the Billboard Hot 100 songs survey. In the 61-year history of the Hot 100, which blends streaming, airplay and sales data, only the Glee Cast has accumulated more entries: 207.”

As we extend our congratulations to Drake, look inside to see who joins him on this week’s TGJ Chart Check:  Hot 100 edition.

Nicki Minaj has been one of the the hottest topics in music this week thanks to a series of reports of clashes with fellow Hip Hop Heavyweights.

While Trina confirmed those reports were unsubstantiated (click here to watch) and Minaj later made up with Joe Budden after their epic showdown (click here to listen), Rick Ross has finally coming forward to respond to a diss from his ‘You the Boss’ co-star.

As we previously reported (click here to read), the self-proclaimed Rap Queen was none-too-pleased about a perceived diss from the Bawse’s 2017 song, ‘Apple of My Eye,’ where he asserted her ex – rapper Meek Mill – should never have trusted her given her relationship with his then-nemesis, Drake.  When asked her thoughts on this, Minaj said Ross should ‘sit his fat ass down.’

Taking to the ‘Breakfast Club’ this morning, Ricky Rozay weighed in on the diss:

Trina has spoken!

The ‘Diamond Princess,’ after a day of keeping fans waiting with bated breath, has finally addressed the rumor that she and ‘BAPS’ co-star, Nicki Minaj, are at odds due to the shooting of the tune’s music video (and other behind the scenes happenings).

Murmurs of a rift between the Rap divas was sent into overdrive when a member of the 40-year-old’s team (A&R Reginald Saunders) took to social media to call Minaj out for unprofessional behavior (click here to read more), to which the Harajuku Barbie responded:

“Right now Trina’s camp is accusing me of not doing enough to push her song ‘Baps,'” Nick said. “I have my own schedule… it’s not fair that people don’t understand that. I would never have someone from my team disrespect somebody that has been nothing but real to me.”

Now, T is setting the record straight and publicly reprimanding Saunders for overstepping his bounds.  All this and more inside:

Apparently Rap superstars Rick Ross and Nicki Minaj went from bumping speakers with their 2011 hit, ‘You the Boss,’ to bumping heads thanks to a perceived diss found aboard Ricky Rozay’s ‘Rather You Than Me’ album.

Shortly after setting the ‘Net ablaze with her fiery interview with Joe Budden on her show, ‘Queen Radio’ (as we reported here), Minaj took to the ‘Pump It Up’ performer’s platform to continue the heated discussion and also weigh in on other hot topics. When asked if she preferred Ross over The Game, she launched into a tirade to address a lyric found on The Biggest Bawse’s song, 2017’s ‘Apple of My Eye,’ where he said:

“I told Meek I wouldn’t trust Nicki / Instead of beefin’ with your dog, you just give ’em some distance.”

The perceived diss didn’t sit well with the Queen.  Hear her response inside:
