Taylor Swift made headlines last month when it emerged that her entire back catalogue had been purchased by Scooter Braun as part of the selling of her former label.
At the time, the Pop force said she was “sad” and “grossed out” by the move, especially as she was allegedly shut out from bidding herself.
The drama has left many wondering what Swift’s next course of action will be, given that it doesn’t look as though there’ll be any change in ownership – despite the public weigh-in.
Well, during promotion for new album ‘Lover’ (due August 23rd), the singer confirmed her plans. And it looks like she’ll be taking heed to calls to re-record her material.
