Lil Nas X is being praised in earnest for his cinematic video for his brand new single ‘Montero (Call Me By Your Name).’

The provocative visual – which the star creatively conceived himself – has already racked up millions of views in its first 24 hours and has seen Nas hailed for the unbridled embrace of his sexuality.

One of the many singing his praises is none other than rapper Big Sean, who publicly expressed his support for the 21-year-old.

Just weeks after learning his first children’s book, ‘C is For Country,’ became a New York Times bestseller, Lil Nas X turned into “Lil Nas X-rated” to commemorate the release of his latest song, ‘Montero (Call Me By Your Name).’

As social media commentary on the visual continues to heat up, X’s dedicated fans are putting their money where their mouths are in support of the spicy tune.

After months of calls from fans, ‘Call Me By Your Name’ by Lil Nas X has finally made its way to streaming and digital outlets.

“Cocaine and drinkin’ with your friends / You live in the dark, boy, I cannot pretend / I’m not phased, only here to sin / If Eve ain’t in your garden, you know that you can,” raps Lil Nas on the Take a Daytrip-produced banger. “Call me when you want, call me when you need / Call me in the morning, I’ll be on the way.”

News of its arrival came as a surprise when X (born Montero Hill) announced it earlier this month (as we reported here).

Now, the long-awaited track – which comes as the GRAMMY winner’s first release since the Gold-certified, 2020 top 40 hit ‘Holiday’ – is available for your listening pleasure.
