Over the course of six seasons, Porsha Williams has become one of the most popular stars on the ‘Real Housewives Of Atlanta.’

Viewers have watched her experience highs, lows, and all else in between. From her debut as a subservient footballer’s wife, to her subsequent divorce, to rebuilding, getting caught up in scandals, being generally hilarious, and finding love again with fiancé Dennis McKinley. Without doubt, the 37-year-old has kept folk glued to their screens and invested in her narrative.

The latest chapter, her journey to motherhood, is no exception.

And now, in partnership with Bravo, she’ll be chronicling the time leading up to the birth of baby Pilar Jhena on an aptly titled spin-off special named ‘Porsha’s Having A Baby.’

Ahead of its April 28th broadcast, check out the first look trailer…

The third time’s the charm for R&B hitmaker Khalid.

After impacting the Billboard 200’s top 10 with his first two releases, 2017’s ‘American Teen’ LP and 2018’s ‘SunCity’ EP respectively, the 21-year-old is now laying claim to his first run atop the tally with, ‘Free Spirit.’

‘Spirit’ – the singer’s sophomore LP lead by Hot 100 top 40 hits ‘Better,’ ‘Talk,’ and more – was originally forecast to shift 145,000-165,000 units (SPS) its first full week of availability (as we reported here).  Now with its inaugural tracking week behind him, the crooner is not only able to report his best first week sales to date, but also the highest first week sales of the year (among males).

This week From The Vault spotlights one of Toni Braxton‘s most blazing jams, ‘You’re Making Me High.’

A first on a numbers of fronts, the song served as the lead release from the diva’s sophomore set ‘Secrets’ in 1996 and went on to become her first #1 on the Billboard Hot 100. [Signature hit ‘Unbreak My Heart’ would continue that trajectory by hitting the top spot straight after.]

A scintillating bedroom banger, the Babyface + Bryce Wilson production saw Braxton do-away with the ballgown ballads and instead set a more sensual agenda. And its accompanying video (directed by frequent collaborator Billie Woodruff) served as a visual exclamation mark.

Sporting a figure-hugging catsuit and sauce in earnest, the vocalist cemented herself as one of the era’s most sought-after sirens.

More than just beauty shots, the clip saw the singer skew playful – with she and guest stars (including Vivica Fox and Tisha Campbell) rating an assortment of men who emerged from elevator doors.

At a time when women, in music, film, and beyond, were presented as being for the male gaze, it was refreshing to see Toni and co flip the script.

For her efforts, Braxton was rewarded with her third Grammy Award for Best Female R&B Performance in 1997.

A classic song, from a classic artist. An eternal salute to Ms. Braxton, who over two decades later is still racking up Grammy wins and nominations.
