Nicki Minaj fans (affectionately called #Barbz) worried the diva delivering her first child would impact her ability to deliver new music should rest easy thanks to Sada Baby‘s new song, ‘Whole Lotta Choppas.’

After the original version began earning Tik Tok buzz shortly after its August 2020 release, Minaj hopped on the cut’s remix (unveiled October 16).

Heavily sampling Tag Team‘s 1993 classic ‘Whoomp! There It Is,’ the new track sees Mrs. Petty spit:

“Ooh, lil’ n*gga wanna try it / I told him “Black lives matter” I’ma riot, ooh / A** fat I had to buy it, ain’t a n*gga alive that’s gon’ deny it / This n*gga makin’ me feel erotic (Erotic) / Uh, he a freak like Giannis (Giannis) / To be honest, I hope one day we do a play-date with Adonis.”

Self-proclaimed ‘Queen of Da Souf’ Mulatto is making her royal presence felt in the new Reel Goats-directed music video for her song ‘In N Out.’

Found aboard her critically acclaimed debut album (courtesy of RCA Records), the rising rapstress tapped fellow Southern femcees City Girls to assist on the fiery track.

In the cinematic clip, Big Latto and friends shine light on the dating app BLK – a stamp the software’s parent company are elated about.

Jennifer Hudson steps into the iconic shoes of Aretha Franklin in MGM‘s hotly anticipated biopic ‘Respect.’

Named after the legend’s classic of the same name, the film will chronicle the life of the trailblazer.

With Hudson being handpicked by Franklin herself, the film promises a candid look at one of music’s most revered talents.

Set for a limited theaters on December 25, ‘Respect’ will land in cinemas everywhere officially on January 15th (Martin Luther King weekend).

Before then, Entertainment Weekly have unveiled a number of stills from the Liesl Tommy directed film – which is already receiving Oscar buzz.

Following summer scorcher ‘Move,’ the flavorsome jam sees the rapper blend her trademark Patois flow with Dancehall, Afrobeats, and of course Hip-Hop – to optimum effect.

“I wanted to lean into my natural singing voice and also experiment with doing some of the melodies in Yoruba. The overall vibe of the track is underpinned by a sultry Afro Beats sound.
