She’s the outspoken Rap sensation behind one of the year’s biggest singles.

We’re talking about Iggy Azalea of course, touching down on US soil with her debut album ‘The New Classic’ with the help of the aforementioned smash ‘Fancy‘ back in April, and its follow-up ‘Reclassified’ this November.

However, it would seem not even a #1 single and smash hits with Rita Ora, Jennifer Lopez and Ariana Grande were enough to convince the general public to her support her latest body of work this week, as it’s set to tank something vicious!

How vicious? 11,000 units, set to be sold by the release by the time next week’s ‘Billboard 200‘ chart is published, despite the benefit of the several Black Friday promotions its November release date armed it with.

As reported here, pop titans Katy Perry and Justin Timberlake both led the 2014 People’s Choice awards nominations for music categories with give each.

Going to battle for the coveted trophies against the likes of RihannaBritney Spears, Bruno Mars, and other top stars, Perry & Timberlake’s fans showed that the mega-successes of their 2013 are undoubtedly set to spill over to the new year.

As 2013 draws to close, the onslaught of year-in-review charts are making their way online.  For music fans everywhere, however, there is only one chart that truly matters – Billboard’s year end charts.

Katy Perry‘s ‘Prism’ power continues to outshine the competition – a feat we expect to be a mainstay this award season.

For, after storming single and album charts alike with tunes like ‘Roar’ and ‘Dark Horse’ (and their parent album), the songstress can now boast leading the 2014 People Choice Award nominees with a whopping 5 nods.

Justin Timberlake, whose 2013 wasn’t too shabby either (see:  best selling album of the year, two #1 albums, and blockbuster tour), also notched 5 nods including listing in categories like Favorite Pop Artist and Favorite Song. 

But, while top acts like Demi LovatoBruno Mars and One Direction follow with four nods a piece, some fans have griped about the absence of color (*cough cough*) in this year’s nominations list.  See it in full below:
