It’s been nearly a month since the youngest of the Kardashian clan – Kylie Jenner – was crowned by Forbes magazine as the world’s ‘youngest self-made billionaire’ (click here to read), but that certainly hasn’t cooled the controversy around the titling.

As critics and detractors took to social media to slam the financially savvy publication for their choice of words, New York Times recently went to the source (Jenner herself) to get her two cents on the hoopla.  Just days ago the 21-year-old defended the honor by saying, “there’s really no other word to use other than self-made because that is the truth.”

As the music industry continues to reel from news of the death of rapper Nipsey Hussle (as we reported here), new and longtime fans are turning to the late 33-year-old’s music to cope.

Less than 24 hours after the ‘Racks in the Middle’ maestro’s murder, several entries from his prized discography stormed digital sales charts.  In addition to occupying 5 rungs on the real time Itunes Rap charts (as of time reported), his first and only studio album – 2018’s ‘Victory Lap’ – is running its own victory lap atop Itunes Album Sales charts (all genres).

‘Too Good at Goodbyes’ beau Sam Smith said goodbye to inhibition as he shed his clothes for social media recently.

The 26-year-old, who has been very vocal about his journey to loving himself (especially after a highly publicized 50 pound weight loss), took his most revealing photos yet as he twirled to Demi Lovato‘s ‘Sorry.’

The set, which follows 2016’s Grammy winning ‘A Seat At The Table,’ was paired with an accompanying performance film – released exclusively to Apple Music.

As the project aims to establish legs, the eclectic songbird is hatching videos for various cuts one by one.

Singer-songwriter Ashanti (born Ashanti Douglas) reminds fans her talents are certainly not limited to the pen and microphone, a feat evidenced by the trailer for the forthcoming musical-drama, ‘Stuck.’

Executive produced by and starring Douglas, the film showcases what happens when “six unlucky strangers (Amy Madigan, Giancarlo Esposito, and others) [are] thrust together when their Manhattan-bound  train unexpectedly grinds to a halt deep beneath the skyscrapers of the Big Apple.
