Yet another new Mario track from his upcoming ‘Go!’ album has surfaced – this time in the form of ‘No Definition’. Produced by Timbaland and written by The Clutch, the track is a well-composed and lyrically engaging affair. Mario has really stepped his game up with this project – most of tracks sound great. J Records need to hurry up and release the album already.

I posted clip of this new Mario track ‘Why’ several weeks back and I’m feeling the song even more now that the full version has surfaced. Produced by The Underdogs, ‘Why’ is a great mid-tempo track that showcases Mario’s matured vocal ability. Aside from the passable lead single ‘How Do I Breathe’, Mario has consistently delivered with his latest material and I’m really anticipating his new CD ‘Go!’ – which is now due on August 21st.

Although he garnered much positive press thanks to his victory lap at a recent VERZUZ showdown against Omarion, some critics believe Mario‘s attempt to capitalize on the hoopla backfired when he announced Tory Lanez as the feature on his new single ‘Main One.’

Reportedly drawn from his forthcoming sixth studio album (the follow-up to 2018’s ‘Dancing Shadows’), the new Mike Crook-produced bop sees its performers trade verses about giving extra special treatment to the main lady in their lives.

“Girl, you can be honest with me/ You don’t gotta be toxic with me,” Mario croons. “You don’t need no other options but me/ ‘Cause you might just be my main one.”

Announcement of the tune’s Friday (July 15) arrival drew quick criticism for the GRAMMY nominee for collaborating with Lanez amid allegations he shot and assaulted popular rapstress Megan Thee Stallion.

The naysayers obviously weren’t enough to stop Mario from moving forward with the unveiling of ‘Main,’ which is available inside for your streaming pleasure.  Hop in to hear it in full.

Omarion has a busy 2022 ahead.

As he preps for the September release of his self-help book, ‘Unbothered: The Power of Choosing Joy,’ the GRAMMY nominee is choosing to refocus on music as evidenced by a recently announced partnership with GRAMMY-winning producer Greg Curtis.

The fruits of their musical tag team are two remixes of The Beatles’ 1967 song, ‘With A Little Help from My Friends.’ While the ‘Soul Mix’ sees O put his signature flair on the number to give it more a traditional R&B feel, the ‘Poppin Mix’ stays truer to The Beatles’ rendition with its placement of live instruments.

The 37-year-old may be putting the finishing touches on his long-awaited ‘Passport’ (produced by James Fauntleroy), but hop inside to let ‘Friends’ tide you over until he does.

After thrilling with his Valentine’s Day single, ‘Luxury Love, GRAMMY-nominated R&B crooner Mario kept a low profile over most of the year as he reportedly put the finishing touches on his highly anticipated, yet-titled sixth studio album (the follow-up to 2018’s ‘Dancing Shadows’).

The latest taste of music expected to line the forthcoming project is the Chris Brown-assisted, ‘Get Back.’  A bedroom-ready bop, the song sees the R&B duo trade verses about longing to reunite with a distant lover.

“Gotta get back to your body (your body, babe) / When I close my eyes I feel you wrapped around me (I need it, need it) / Gotta get back to your body, yeah (oh)  Girl, you’re flawless like the diamonds…,” they sing on the mid-tempo tune.

Omarion teams with GRAMMY-winning vocal powerhouses Kierra Sheard and Lalah Hathaway for the new charity single, ‘We Will Never Forget.’

An inspirational number, the song is lifted from the soundtrack of the forthcoming Lebron James-produced documentary ‘The Burning of Black Wall Street,’ which revisits the 1921 Tulsa race massacre of 1921 that saw mobs of white residents attack and kill Black residents and businesses of the city’s affluent, largely African American Greenwood District.

Premiering May 31, the film’s arrival will commemorate the 100th anniversary of the tragedy.

“The song deals with my thoughts and feelings towards self-sabotage, self-love and the experience in relation to the material world we live in. The song is really about finding true happiness and I feel like that’s something that can only come from within.
