The Epic Records quintet have been riding the wave of success of with their Platinum certified smash ‘Worth It’ – the third cut to be lifted from their debut album ‘Reflection.’

Smartly, the ladies aren’t resting on their laurels and continue to pound the promotional pavement in support of the project.

The latest stop was the Today Show’s Summer Concert Series; there the budding divas dazzled with dynamite performances of ‘Worth It,’‘Bo$$,’ and ‘Like Mariah.’

R&B songbird Monica has been hard at work on the follow-up to her 2012 effort ‘New Life.’

The Grammy winner has re-teamed with hitmaker Polow Da Don for the project, which is led by buzz cut ‘Just Right For Me’ featuring Lil Wayne.

Continuing her practice of teasing what else the hotly anticipated set will be serving up, the mother of three took to Instagram this week to preview a new cut tentatively titled ‘Ignore The Rules.’

Per Mo’s caption, it would appear the cut was crafted by Polow, Blanco Theory, and Sneaka Beat.

NeNe Leakes may have cut ties with the ‘Real Housewives’ as a full time ‘Wife’ but snaps uploaded on her Instagram page seem to confirm that she is to return for its eighth season as a “friend of the wives.”

‘Problem’ performer Ariana Grande has exactly that on her hands as she continues to be embroiled in flames of controversy surrounding a video of her diva-esque behavior in a donut shop where she not only licked a donut she didn’t pay for, but also went on to express her hatred for Americans.

Since the video made its rounds, the songstress issued a written apology and cited her disappointment in the American food industry and the country’s obesity rates as the center of her anger.

Now, as a recently uploaded apology video suggests, she’s singing a different tune.  See it below:

Beyonce is baking new music.

The superstar set tongues a’wagging today after new snaps of her in the recording studio surfaced online.

Queen Bey poses next to rapper D.R.A.M in the shot above; perhaps an unknown name o some, he scored a viral hit of sorts with ‘Cha Cha’ earlier this year – a track which heavily samples music from Super Mario.

It does beg the question of what exactly the 33-year-old is cooking up. Could it be for the heavily speculated joint album with Jay Z? Or something else?

Either way, exciting times.

Preceded by ‘Double Tap,’ ‘Right Here’ serves as the title track to the 25-year-old’s first studio album since 2009’s ‘Battlefield.’

Rolled out on VEVO moments ago, the release follows buzz cut ‘Let Me Know,’ which impacted last Fall.

The ambitious clip for ‘If I’ is the songbird’s most measured attempt at a theme-driven video with its showgirl theme.

With streams, radio adds, and hype in tow, Pop queen Janet Jackson‘s comeback single made a royal entry onto singles’ charts last week – not only gifting her 40th entry on the tally, but also her first mention in almost a decade. But, as this week’s refreshed tally suggests, the general public has pressed the “snooze button” on the singer’s latest R&B blazer ‘No Sleeep’ as it has taken a dive right out of the Hot 100 (an ousting also handed to fellow pop divas’ Madonna‘s ‘B*tch I’m Madonna’ and Britney Spears’ ‘Pretty Girls’ this week).

But, while pop fans sleep on the delectable groove, Urban fans can’t get enough as the track moves up to #8 on Adult R&B Songs chart and retains top 15 placement on the R&B Songs chart with gratitude due in great part to radio.

Now, as #JanFans await a chart boost from its highly anticipated official music video, fans of other artists – namely Rihanna – can already celebrate good tidings courtesy of that very medium.  For, as her ‘B*tch Better Have My Money’ tune was slowly sliding down charts, the debut of its much-talked about music video last week helped hoist it right back into the top 20.
