As an act who rose to fame by way of the tool, Lady GaGa is all too familiar with the part the internet plays in crafting and sharing ideas, and introducing the world to the artists behind them.

However, in a new interview given to Berlin’s ‘ProSieben‘, the vocalist has weighed in on the negative impact the advent of photo sharing outlets like Instagram has had on the world art…or at least Joe Public’s perception of what it truly means to be an artist.

Indeed, while the Grammy winner doesn’t knock its impact, she does explain why the attention many of its staples receive from the images they share can never truly compare to the passion and discipline it takes to create material that does more than score ‘Likes’, ‘Followers’ and ‘Fans’.

Kelly Rowland is currently nurturing tomorrow’s talent on FOX’s ‘The X Factor USA’, however that hasn’t halted her own music hustle.

The R&B belle took front, stage, center in Norfolk, Virginia this weekend, rocking the house with tracks including the 2011’s Platinum smash ‘Motivation’, ‘Like This’, and ‘Dirty Laundry‘ – which is lifted from the 32-year-old’s latest studio album ‘Talk A Good Game’.

One month before his pal Chris Brown drops his new LP ‘X‘, R&B royal Trey Songz showcased his oft overlooked live prowess during his set at ‘Powerhouse 2013‘.

Reportedly hard at work on his sixth studio album, the ‘Baggage Claim’ actor’s performance brought with it renditions of his Gold single  ‘2 Reasons’ and its triple Platinum older brother, ‘Bottoms Up‘.

Lady GaGa may have had a “Pop emergency” of sorts last night, tet, that hasn’t stopped the singer from sticking to the “plan” with her ‘ARTPOP’ campaign.

Set to impact iTunes tomorrow as the last “promo track” to be released prior to the LP’s November 11th arrival, the song was made available for streaming moments ago.

Apt, as Mother Monster will be performing the cut at the 2013 Youtube Music Awards live from New York this evening.

 The stars aligned at NYC’s Barclays Centre last night, hitting the spot for all ‘Powerhouse 2013′ had to offer- courtesy of Power 105.1.

Welcoming the likes of K.Michelle, Lil Kim, Kendrick Lamar and Sevyn Streeter, the night was undoubtedly dominated by the arrival of Rap Tsarina Nicki Minaj, who touched down to wow the crowds with numerous performances.

One of these, being a scorching serving of her Meek Mill led number ‘Dope Dealer‘.

Hours before he takes to Raleigh’s PNC Arena to continue the venture, Drake no doubts revels in the glory his ‘Would You Like A Tour?’ has seen him afforded, on course to join Beyonce‘s ‘Mrs.Carter Show’ and Rihanna‘s ‘Diamonds World Tour‘ in becoming one of the highest grossing tours to be launched in the last year.

His new material may have many a critic showering him with praises, but it would seem one Justin Bieber fan took that sentiment a little too literally during the Arena Anhembi showing of his ‘Believe Tour’.

For it was there, during a performance of his hit single ‘Boyfriend’, that the aforementioned fan launched a water bottle at the Pop sensation, knocking his microphone out of his hand and forcing the star to walk off stage.
