As the world sombrely remembers the lives lost in the tragic 9/11 attacks, R&B star Ciara led the tribute on ‘The View.’

Backed by a pianist and BV’s The Girlz, CiCi roused with a respectable rendition of Michael Jackson’s still-apt hit ‘Heal The World.’

Many will recall, the 29-year-old first tackled the track back in at 2009 at the BET Awards in honour of the King of Pop who died just days prior.

The Kerry Washington led drama is back for a fifth season, one which promises to switch up the established dynamics of the political drama.

Macklemore made his merry way to’ The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon’ yesterday evening to perform his new single ‘Downtown’ with his collaborator Ryan Lewis.

The pair are spinning towards the release of their brand new album which will follow their debut album ‘The Heist‘ and had this to say about in a recent interview with ‘Rolling Stone‘:

It has a diversity of sounds and textures and concepts. We’ve been able to take our time with it, and it’s a great feeling to get to that point.

Season 2 of ‘How To Get Away With Murder’ marches back onto the box September 24th – and, by the looks of this newly unleashed trailer, promises fireworks aplenty.

Viola Davis returns as no-nonsense professor Annalise Keating, a role which recently earned her an Emmy nomination. Yet, as the teaser attests, the character’s cool, calm, and routinely cold demeanour is shaken to the core amidst a new drama that plays out from the very first episode back.

While media maven Nene Leakes is making her press rounds in support of TV ventures ‘Real Husbands of Hollywood,’ ‘E!’s Fashion Police,’ and, of course, ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta,‘ there are two names that are making more and more appearances in her interviews:  Donald Trump & Wendy Williams.

Often sharing warm thoughts when quizzed on the former as he gains ground on his U.S. presidential campaign, the latter – on the other hand – can’t boast receiving the same from the Atlantan beauty. Recently dropping by ‘Access Hollywood,’ Leakes weighed in on rumors that she was in talks to have her own talk show, but was blocked by Wendy.

It’s official:  Justin Bieber is back and “Bieber fever” is still well and intact.

If you need evidence look no further than this week’s Hot 100.  There, you’ll find the pop prince enjoying a historic week reigning atop the tally with his latest single ‘What Do You Mean‘ and elsewhere in the top 10 with single ‘Where Are U Now.’  After a whirlwind week of promo (see: MTV VMAs, various talk show appearances, etc.), Bieber dethrones last week’s champ/fellow Canadian crooner The Weeknd and arrives at the top to the tune of 337,000 sold its first week.

The feat not only gives Bieber the first chart-topper of his career, but also puts him in the history books as the youngest act ever to debut at #1 on the Hot 100.

Tamar Braxton is back with an ironically titled new single – ‘Catfish.’

The track’s arrival falls on the day its parent album ‘Calling All Lovers’ was supposed to be released; a fact which is sure to raise eyebrows.

Nonetheless, the singer, reality star, and TV host is pressing on with the roll-out of the catchy cut, which precedes the LP (now due October 2nd).

Though a mid-tempo, the song marks a departure of sorts from the ballad-driven sound of previous efforts ‘Let Me Know’ and ‘If I Don’t Have You.’

Taking over ABC’s Thursday night with 3 television shows, the talented writer turned TV mogul is dominating airwaves with her suspenseful pen and now she’s taking that domination to Esssence magazine.

Now, as we are exactly two weeks from the highly anticipated return of #TGIT, the latest issue of the mag has dedicated not one, not two, but six different covers to the small screen diva and her successful ventures (‘How To Get Away With Murder,’ ‘Scandal,’ ‘Grey’s Anatomy,’ etc).  And, as if that’s not enough, Rimes is showing off her stunning new figure.

Shakira‘s hips don’t lie and, as the 2015 Guinness Book of World records indicates, numbers don’t either.

Shortly after reports revealed Kim Kardashian‘s crowning as the “Queen of Instagram,” the annual publication has unveiled its new set of records, one of which sees the Colombian crooner continue to dominate female counterparts Taylor Swift, Katy Perry, Beyonce, and more to be Facebook’s potentate.

In 2014 the songstress set the record for being the first person to cross the 100 million follower threshold on the social media network, making her the most “liked” person on the planet.  Now, find out where her number sits (as of time reporting):
