Having endured one-too-many Rihanna performances ourselves, we weren’t sure what possessed talented vocalist Christina Aguilera to attend her latest show.

Indeed, as reported, the 32-year-old was spotted arriving at the Los Angeles stop of the ‘Diamonds Tour’ with long-term boyfriend Matthew Rutler.

A keen fan of stand-up comedy, some speculated Aguilera was there for the guaranteed gags, while others suggested she was invited to offer vocal tips. However, it seems the true reason is much simpler — she loves her some RiRi!

Having racked up Platinum sales with singles such as ‘Dance’, rapper Big Sean‘s private life is also gleaming these days courtesy of ‘Glee’ star Naya Rivera.

The pair went public with their romance last night at the Los Angeles premiere of movie ’42’, and were reportedly inseparable.

25-year-old Sean will be hoping fans develop a similar love-affair with his upcoming sophomore album ‘Hall Of Fame’, which is slated for release later this year. The hotly anticipated LP is the follow-up to 2011’s breakout project ‘Finally Famous‘.

As fans await news on Beyonce‘s new single, those salivating at her collaboration with H&M have cause to smile. For, the first component of the singer’s all-out multimedia campaign for the high-street chain has been unveiled.

The shot above is lifted from the ad section in the latest issue of Elle magazine and sees the superstar flaunt her sexy in the brand’s Summer 2013 line (which she helped design).

Roll-out of the exciting campaign (which is christened “Beyonce as Mrs. Carter For H&M”) is set to crank up a notch next month when an accompanying TV commercial is unwrapped. Shot  in the style of a music video by ‘Telephone’ director Jonus Akerlund, the hotly anticipated spot will feature new song ‘Standing On The Sun’.

As exciting as this is, we can only hope the first single from King B’s hotly anticipated fifth album arrives before anymore endorsement flavoured material is rolled out. Given the immense length and breadth of her talent, it’s great to see her cashing all these brand checks. However, this doesn’t dilute the fact that fans are growing impatient to the point of frustration with the drip-drop release of information and most importantly new songs. Here’s hoping the days and weeks ahead see all of that change.

One’s a Rap Queen taking the world of Pop by storm just as easily as she did Hip Hop. The other, her Mercury fuelled counterpart well on her way to British superstardom well before the release of her ‘Classic’ debut album.

This week, in what Female Rap champions will no doubt bill a victory, Nicki Minaj and Iggy Azalea have made a number of wins on the UK’s Official Charts, thanks to new releases launched in the last month.

For some strange reason, Nicki Minaj seems to believe that releasing music videos en masse serves as compensation for a lack of live performances. 

Tonight, in continuing that unfortunate trend, she releases a music video for ‘The Re-Up’ spawned single ‘Up In Flames’, no more than two weeks after releasing (and abandoning) the video for her Lil Wayne assisted single ‘High School‘.

As to lay the right foundations for the release of her forthcoming album, R&B veteran Brandy made her way to ‘Google’ hours ago for an in depth chat pertaining her layered career.

The latest star to grace their ‘Musicians At Google‘ series, the ‘Full Moon’ singer spoke openly on her journey thus far in a chat which lasted a total of 54 minutes.
