Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion‘s ‘WAP’ is proving a tsunami-sized hit on the Billboard Hot 100.

Three weeks ago, after a two-week reign, the tune was temporarily unseated from the chart’s summit by explosive BTS smash, ‘Dynamite.’

The empowered sales and streaming that ensured that dethronement was short-lived saw B back at #1 the next week (as we reported here).  Now – as the updated chart reveals – ‘WAP’ is staying put for another 7-day frame.

Marking its fourth non-consecutive week as owner of the top spot, look inside to see just what it took to keep BTS at bay:

RuPaul is no stranger to seeing that legendary name penciled in history books, so it should come as little surprise it will now be added to the record logs of the EMMYs.

Ahead of the airing of the 72nd annual primetime edition of the ceremony Sunday (September 20), the star – born RuPaul Charles – took home his fifth consecutive “Outstanding Host for a Reality or Competition Program” trophy for ‘Rupaul’s Drag Race’ at the 2020 Creative Arts EMMYS Saturday (September 19), a feat that broke the record previously owned by Jeff Probst (‘Survivor’).

As if that wasn’t enough to celebrate, Sunday night Charles nabbed the golden statuette in the “Emmy for Outstanding Reality or Competition Program.”

For most, Brandy‘s foray into TV is most synonymous with mega-successful ‘Moesha.’

However, prior to that show, she also starred on ‘Thea.’

Top-billed by comedian Thea Vidale, the show ran for one season between 1993-1994. And folk haven’t heard much from the stand-up since.

That is until the #Verzuz battle between Brandy and Monica.

If the refreshed singles chart is any indication, BLACKPINK fans’ appetite for ‘Ice Cream’ is fading.

As we reported here, the Selena Gomez-assisted tune made Hot 100 history last week with its debut – marking not only the first time any female K-Pop group had cracked the top 20 but also the highest rung reached by the group to date.

Embarking on a heavy promotional blitz in the days following its August 28 arrival, the quartet – comprised of Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé, and Lisa – hit a number of Web and print outlets in its support (including ‘Elle’ and more).

At writing, those efforts have not paid off as ‘Ice Cream’ slipped out of the top 40 in its second week.

Designed much like our ‘Retro Rewind’ and ‘From the Vault’ segments, ‘Replay’ is That Grape Juice‘s retrospective segment – a written quest, if you will, to re-spin the gems and jams of yesterday.

Unlike its ‘Rewind’ and ‘Vault’ predecessors, ‘Replay’ looks to dust off and showcase entire albums (and eras) from a library of Pop and Urban Pop music hits.

In celebration of the 20th anniversary of Queen of Pop Madonna‘s first album of the millennium, this week we’ll replay her eighth studio effort, ‘Music.’

In celebration of its September 4 release, Christina Aguilera has been hot on the promo trail for Disney’s live action remake of ‘Mulan’ for which she serves as the voice behind two of its soundtrack’s most important numbers:  ‘Loyal Brave True’ and the 2020 remake of her classic, ‘Reflection.’

Taking to Apple Music’s Zane Lowe Thursday (September 17). the GRAMMY winner not only reflected on the impact of the film’s original animated adaptation but also discussed its impact on her career specifically as it helped launch her as one of the most celebrated voices in Pop music history.

While strolling down memory lane, Aguilera dished on that infamous 2003 MTV VMA lip-lock with Britney Spears and Madonna (whom she referred to as ‘the Queen of reinventing herself), her longtime love of Beyonce, and so much more.

It’s pretty safe to say many thought Odell Beckham Jr. was having a pretty sh*tty week thanks to trending on Twitter after a groupie reported he enjoyed sexual play with feces, but he’s laughing off the criticism.

The woman – an adult actress named “Slim Danger” – took to the ‘No Jumper’ podcast recently to tell friends Celina Powell and Aliza the football star requested she defecate on him during one of their alleged sexual encounters.  Elsewhere during their many sexual escapades (according to Danger), OBJ even called for the poopy performer to not wear underwear or “shower for 24 hours” – another reported fetish of his.

For most of the week Beckham’s been mum about the hoopla that ensued after her confession.  That changed Thursday (September 17) when he took to the ‘Uninterrupted’ podcast to tackle the topic head-on.
