Single Ladies is back!

The hit VH1 series is revving up its engine for season 2, sans Stacey Dash – whose controversial exit sees her character Val also depart the show (not to be recast).

Fret not though, for staples LisaRaye McCoy and Charity Shea are back, and are joined by newcomer Denise Vasi. The latter’s character is named Raquel – a hot to trot business exec who is very much an “independent woman”.

Set to premiere on May 28th, you can get a taste of what the the show’s 2nd outing will be serving up below…

Rihanna was certainly a sight to behold hours ago, snapped during a shoot for fashion publication Harper’s Bazaar.

Dressed in a number of gowns, including the white  number above, the chart topper’s shoot took place in California and is set to grace the mag’s cover in coming months.

It seems Ne-Yo isn’t only upgrading his business interests these days. Indeed, Universal Motown‘s new SVP of A&R has also stepped it all the way up with his physique.

Snapped at Las Vegas’ Encore Beach House over the weekend, the singer -who recently changed the title of his forthcoming LP to ‘The R.E.D Album’ – sported a freshly ripped frame.

The R&B maestro took to Twitter, thereafter; further flaunting the fruits of his gym labour.

Pop minx Aubrey O’Day is back!

While the status of her record deal with Universal Music/SRC remains a mystery, the ex-Danity Kane star is cashing in on her revitalised popularity – owed much to her stint on the current season of Celebrity Apprentice.

The result? ‘Wrecking Ball’.

Released to iTunes today, the cut was penned by American Idol alum Pia Toscano and produced by David Hodge (who cooked up Kelly Clarkson‘s ‘Because of You’).
