Perhaps in response to ‘Do What U Want’s continued success in the nation, Lady GaGa returned to the UK days ago to appear on Channel 4’s ‘Alan Carr: Chatty Man.’

It was there, dressed in a truly ‘electrifying’ fit, that the Grammy winning performer dished on her new album ‘ARTPOP‘, gay rights in relation to Russia and move her audience with a fresh serving on the aforementioned R&B jam and ‘Dope’ below.

Rap royal Jay Z reigns over 2014 Grammy nominations as unveiled by tonight’s ‘Grammy Nomination Special’.

With a whopping nine nods to his credit, the ‘Holy Grail’ hitmaker saw his name listed in categories including Best Rap Album, Best Rap Song, and more.

His ‘Holy Grail’ co-star Justin Timberlake follows with seven nods as do Kendrick Lamar, Pharrell, and Macklemore & Ryan Lewis.  But, while ‘Hold On, We’re Going Home’ hitmaker Drake stands to take home 5 trophies for his five nominations, Bruno Mars, Taylor Swift, and Lorde trail with four a piece.

Expecting 22 episodes from ABC‘s hit series ‘Scandal‘ this season?

If so, you may be upset to learn that the show’s third season has now been cut short by the network today- who have now reduced its run to 18 episodes.

Four less than initially scheduled.

For, despite drawing in an audience of 9 to 10 million viewers per week, the arrival of the season brought with it Kerry Washington‘s pregnancy, which- according to ‘Deadline.com‘- is becoming increasingly difficult for the show’s creatives to disguise.

So, with no intentions of writing Washington’s good news into the script– this year’s run will end 9 episodes from now, doing so to avoid any confusion a pregnant Olivia Pope may bring to its fast paced storyline.
