Fans will get a kick out of the latest video by controversial rapstress Azealia Banks.
Coming in the form of fan favorite “ATM Jam”, the self proclaimed ‘Yung Rapunzel’ lets down her hair in more ways than one for the very colorful Rony Alwin-directed clip which serves as the latest from her official debut album ‘Broke With Expensive Taste’.
Oxygen’s breakout new reality hit ‘Preachers of L.A.’ may be a ratings winner for the network, but that has certainly come at the expense of unflattering reviews from critics and viewers alike.
To add to the drama surrounding the show, Pastor Deitrick Haddon (seen above) – who has battled rumors of infidelity over the past year which was reignited by alleged nude pics leaked this week – seemed most surprised by the show’s well-publicized slamming from fellow megapastor Bishop T.D. Jakes.
“I have the absolute utmost respect for Bishop TD Jakes and what he represents. I considered him one of our generals in this generation,” he said.
“I was a bit taken back and shocked when I saw his view on the show, being that he’s a forefather in unorthodox, unconventional methods of sharing the Gospel, whether it be through MegaFest or partnering with comedians or Oprah.”
The real scandal is that it took so long to invite her!
That’s right #Gladiators, your favorite fixer Kerry Washington is on her way from D.C. to New York to host the November 2nd airing of Saturday Night Live. Coming in as the first black woman to host the show in over a year, Washington’s visit is much welcomed after Kenan Thompson – a regular cast member of the show – made headlines for addressing the “diversity issues” aboard SNL‘s cast.
The announcement comes just after news of ‘Scandal’s continued domination of TV ratings after the premiere of their third season. Episode 3, which aired last Wednesday, raked in 9.5 million (just short of its series high of 10.1 million for its season 3 premiere).
With only a few hours to go until its release, Lady GaGa‘s ‘Do What You Want‘ has scored an ‘unorthodox’ promotional backing of sorts tonight-thanks to a Twitter outburst from the Italian American Pop sensation.
An outburst, that sees her take on critics who have slammed her alleged spat with Madonna, her supposed Katy Perry induced chart ‘woes’ and her relationship with God.

Portraying a real life character in a film probably comes with ease when half of your life has been played across T.V. screens. Just ask Adrienne Bailon, she’ll tell you.
Depicting the life of “church girl” Vanessa Leon in the new faith-based movie “I’m In Love With A Church Girl” (in theaters October 18th), Bailon walks a well-scripted mile in someone else’s shoes for the feel-good film already winning rave reviews from critics.
We caught up with the singer/actress recently for an exclusive sitdown to dish on the new movie, working with rapper Ja Rule, the future of ‘The Real’ talk show, 3LW, and so much more.
As always, Miss Bailon keeps it all the way real. Tuck in below to see the interview in its entirety:
That’s right, as fans continue to show their support for the album across the globe, Katy Perry‘s ‘Prism‘ receives a fresh dose of life today, with the unveiling of the lyric video for the jam ‘Unconditionally‘.
He may be in the middle of legal spat with her former producer Pharrell Williams, but that hasn’t stopped Will.i.am taking time out of his schedule to dish on Britney Spears‘ forthcoming album, on which he serves as executive producer.
Why fans who were opposed to his reported ‘control’ over the LP have reason to rejoice today?
With 2014 reportedly bringing a new Usher album with it, this month has seen the star confirm his executive producer ties to a new documentary named ‘Undroppable’.
