The 2013 Premios Juventud Awards kicked off at Miami’s Bank United Centre last night, inviting a collection of Latin entertainment’s brightest stars to celebrate the thriving arena.

With Latin youth voting to see their favourite acts pick up the night’s award, the star studded show wowed audiences both in and out of the venue when Jennifer Lopez took the stage- rocking out alongside long time collaborator Pitbull.

Performing a medley of  her most recent hits, the ‘Maid in Manhattan‘ star was also joined by the ever charismatic Ricky Martin, who performed his Anthony Egizii penned jam, ‘Come With Me‘.

An audio recording of ‘Coldest Winter’ MC Kanye West– reportedly made minutes after his infamous Taylor Swift VMA ‘breakdown’- has surfaced online today, via John Cook’s ‘Gawker’.

In the recording, the performer can be heard explaining the motive behind his actions on the night, revealing just why he believed Swift never deserved to beat Beyonce in the ‘Best Female Video’ category, and why Eminem triggered his need to rewrite his verse on the Rihanna backed ‘Run This Town‘.

Kicking off with a “preview run” beginning October 18, fans can expect to see Fannie’s soaring alto on the Warren Carlyle-directed show’s official opening on November 3rd.

It’s the episode fans of both series‘ have been waiting for, and now- in an episode billed ‘The Simpson Guy’, ‘The Simpsons’ and ‘Family Guy’ will merge for a one off special!

Set to air in the fall of 2014, the special will take air via ‘Family Guy’ and see The Griffins embark on a road trip, ending up in ‘Springfield‘, home to The Simpsons.

Both housed at Kevin Reilly‘s ‘FOX’, the animated series‘ will see their respective lead characters become fast friends, with Bart Simpson (Nancy Cartwright) and Stewie Griffin (Seth MacFarlane) engaging in a number of pranks throughout the highly anticipated episode.

News of the crossover comes after ‘Guy’ saw its Season 11 premiere draw in 6.5 million viewers on September 30th 2012, marking a considerable low for the Mike Elias directed show- following the 10.86 million pulled by Season 6.

Rihanna fans cared not for her feelings two nights ago, when they began pelting her with potato chips during the Manchester leg of her ‘Diamonds World Tour.‘

Kicking off after she reportedly arrived on stage an hour later than scheduled, the drama at the show saw her slam members of her audience during her performance of her 2009 jam ‘Rude Boy‘.
