Pint sized pop starlet Willow Smith has been whipping up her debut album for over a year.  Preceded by the top ten smash ‘Whip My Hair”, the album hosts such gems as the aforementioned and the moderate hit “21st Century Girl”.

However, to bring the project back to the public forefront, the songstress enlisted rap eccentric Nicki Minaj for the blazing track “Fireball”.  Already bumping through many-a-speaker, the youngest of the Smith clan took to X Factor USA to debut its introductory live performance.

Fans are undoubtedly itching for tastes of what R&B beauty Brandy is serving up on her next LP.  Boasting contributions from Chris Brown, Bangladesh, Sean Garrett, and more, the ‘He Is’ hitmaker is steadily gaining buzz for the yet-titled project (due 2012).

And while no stranger to leak, a particular “Silent Night” – rumored to be included in the next album’s final set – has been making rounds on the net for weeks.  Looks like the news just got to Brandy:

With the microwave timer on pop tart Rihanna‘s ‘Talk That Talk’ dish counting down at a rapid pace, fans of the Navy commander are getting treated with more and more whiffs of her forthcoming offerings.  Promo schedule finalizing, new single dropping, and the like coming full speed in the coming days, that Rihanna reign just won’t let up (on letting so many down).

Documenting the creation of her latest LP, the singer has been inviting fans into ‘webisodes’ filled with behind the scenes glimpses at herself on tour.  In this latest webisode unlocked by fans, the Barbadian beauty meets up with famed hitmakers/longtime collaborators Stargate and gives fans a clip of a cover of one of her professed idols.

Though reportedly upset by the leak of her new single ‘Give Me All Your Love’, pop queen Madonna is still in the spirit of giving.  For, shortly after the song (which the singer’s camp is claiming is a demo and ‘nowhere near’ the finished version) made its rounds on the net, fans were given the chance of seeing ol’ Madge landing the latest Harper’s Bazaar cover.

Speaking on new music, her (neverending) love life, being young, and her movie about another royal figure ‘W.E.’, the interview comes shortly after news the superstar will be taking her talents to the SuperBowl (joined by rapstress Nicki Minaj) to precede the February release of her next LP.

Contrary to this snapshot’s implication, the last thing R&B diva Kelly Rowland has been doing is keeping quiet.  On quite the promotional promenade, the native Texan has traipsed many-an-outlet since reemerging on the UK scene following a recent illness. Similarly revisiting the X Factor UK judging panel with her brand of feist and fierceness, fans are seeing new sides of the ‘Down For Whatever’ diva.

Cameras were all over “Love All Over Me” diva Monica Brown as she beamed in  New York City last night.  As reported here, the multiplatinum songstress was set to be honored by ASCAP (the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers) for their 3rd annual “Women Behind the Music” series (also set to honor “Sincerely Jane” singer Janelle Monae).

Stepping fur-ward in sleek designer fashions, Miss Thang did not miss a beat in these snaps with “Miss Independent” hitmaker Ne-Yo and up-and-coming songstress Bridget Kelly.

The X-Factor USA is here!

Fox’s much hyped British import has finally kicked off on American soil and looks set to be the biggest show of its kind.

Featuring judges Simon Cowell, Paula Abdul, LA Reid and Nicole Scherzinger, the show favours American Idol with its nationwide auditions. However, there is a defining twist in that groups and solo acts over 25’s are eligible to enter.

After weeks of auditions and bootcamp we now enter the live shows where the narrowed down few are battling to advance to the next stage of the competition.
