Recent years have seen Pop veteran Britney Spears become renowned in the music industry for being heavily safe guarded by a team of minders ever eager to protect both she and her once tainted image.

By only agreeing to interviews in which the questions are pre-screened and then heavily edited, Camp Spears have succeeded in turning her interviews into light-hearted conversations centered around what many would agree are the ‘simpler’ aspects of the performer’s life.

In support of her forthcoming studio release,  ‘The High Road’ songstress Jojo is wowing fans and critics alike on the road and documenting every step of her tour chronicles via her Youtube vlog.  The new album ‘Jumping Trains’ (led by ‘Disaster’), which she describes as ‘pop with anger management problems’, is expected on record shelves in early 2012.

Joined on a nationwide trek with fellow pop performers Joe Jonas and Jay Sean, the singer’s most recent recorded pit stop was in Chicago, Illinois.

And, with parts 1 through 4 already boasting quite the buzz, fans are now invited to join Jojo once again as her travels take her through the Midwest on parts 5 and 6 after the jump:

In a great showing of sisterly solidarity, Kelly Rowland saw bandmate Michelle Williams and friend Jennifer Hudson come together to support her at the ‘F.A.M.E Tour’ stop in Chicago last night.

The 30 year old, who serves as a guest on the Chris Brown jaunt, was cheered on by the duo and fans alike, with Williams tweeting:

Kelly was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G tonight! The crowd was on FIYAH!!!!!!!!!!!! Sooooooo pumped right now!

Scheduled for September 23rd-25th, 29th-30th, and October 1st-2nd, fans are invited to rock along with their faves all week long.

Looks like Rock In Rio isn’t the only mega-fest having fans glued.  With a bill that features such top acts as Lady Gaga, Usher, Nicki Minaj, Alicia Keys, Black Eyed Peas, Jennifer Lopez and more, it’s no surprise that the event (which sold out in 10 minutes) is the talk of the weekend.

Jennifer Hudson has seen herself in many-a-headline this week.  Aside from announcing the 3rd single to be lifted from her sophomore album ‘I Remember Me’, the songstress has been receiving quite the reviews from her depiction of famed South African activist Winnie Mandela in the new biopic ‘Winnie’.  The poster for the upcoming flick, seen above, was recently unveiled.
