Tensions may be high between Usher and Chris Brown, but that didn’t stop the pair from showing up and showing out at the Lovers & Friends Festival 2023.

The annual extravaganza, which boasts a lineup like no other, returned to Las Vegas Festival Grounds and did not disappoint.

Many wondered if either man would show, following various reports that Brown and his crew jumped Usher at the party the R&B veteran threw…for him.

However, as the age-old adage goes: the show must go on.

And go on it did.

Taking to the stage just before Usher, C. Breezy blazed the stage with a non-stop array of bops – including ‘Loyal,’ ‘Take You Down,’ and ‘Yo (Excuse Me Miss).’

While seasoned chanteur Ush reminded why is the reigning King of R&B with a colossal set comprised of classics such as ‘Yeah,’ ‘Confessions,’ and ‘You Don’t Have To Call.’ The superstar, who performed his new song ‘Glu’ as well, also delivered surprise moments with Summer Walker and Muni Long.

As reported, Chris Brown and Usher reportedly clashed at a surprise birthday party the R&B icon ironically threw for his seemingly drama-plagued ‘New Flame’ collaborator.

Indeed, such a match was lit that it allegedly left Usher with a “bloodied nose.”

Now, a video has emerged of the pair arguing in the lead-up to the alleged attack.

It’s claimed that when the pair’s mutual friend Teyana Taylor ignored an intoxicated Brown’s comments (for reasons unknown), Usher stepped in to try and diffuse the situation.

However, Brown was having none of it and Usher’s attempt at privately discussing the matter saw him allegedly “jumped” by his collaborator – and his crew.
