From flaunting a brand spanking new body to exciting her fans with news of upcoming music, it is fair to say that this year has seen the singer embrace a number of ‘fresh starts’.

Because, she has reportedly hired  a new manager in the form American Idol judge Randy Jackson to jump start the next era of her career.
